As well as a cool picture, here is a great story from Patrick…
“After learning to play recorder in school and a 52 year break, I decided to take up music again. This time I wanted to learn Saxophone. I realised I would not be able to achieve my goal as the cost of lessons and a Saxophone was not within my budget.
Then I found out about the Music for All charity and I was kindly awarded a grant for sax lessons. To date I have had 5 sessions with my Music tutor. It’s been going really well, it’s very enjoyable, rewarding and something I should have returned to earlier. With my tutor, we plan on working towards some music exams in the future. My long term plans with Music are to start Community based music lessons for Adults either starting or returning to music.
The Music for all grant has set me on my way to achieving both of my goals and I would like to thank everybody involved from the Trustees, charity workers, companies, individuals and musicians who donate to Music for All”.
